Will Immigration Canada (IRCC) and the SAAQ accept your translations?
Yes. As a certified member of OTTIAQ (#8021), my translations are official documents. They are legally recognised by IRCC (Immigration), the SAAQ, Canadian Passport services, and Quebec Courts.
Do I need to bring my original paper documents to you?
No. You can simply upload a high-quality photo or scan of your document to get started.
How long does it take?
For Standard documents (Standard Documents include: Birth, Marriage, Divorce and Death Certificates, Driver’s License, Police Record, Diploma) you will receive a Digital Original (signed PDF) via email. This is the preferred format for IRCC and online portals. Hard copies are available upon special requests for a $40 fee with a 10-15 business day mailing delay. Same-day “Rush Service” is available upon request. Please note that paper format
How do I receive the final translation?
You will receive a Secure Digital PDF (electronically signed) via email. If you need the hard copy with the original seal, it can be mailed to you for an additional fee (+$40 processing & mail delay: 10-15 business days).
How much does it cost?
Pricing is flat-rate per document (not per word) for standard certificates. Please send a photo of your document for an exact quote in minutes. Prices start at 50$ per standard document (Standard Documents include: Birth, Marriage, Divorce and Death Certificates, Driver’s License, Police Record, Diploma. Note: Handwritten or blurry documents may incur a small complexity surcharge.).
